  4. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate and coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  5. Dip & Chill: Dip half of each cheesecake bite into chocolate; place on parchment. Chill 15 minutes to set.

  6. Serve: Arrange on a platter; garnish with strawberry slices or sea salt if desired.
