  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved

  • 8 oz green beans, trimmed

  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed

Steps

  1. Preheat oven: 425 °F (220 °C).

  2. Toss veggies: In bowl, combine potatoes, green beans, garlic, oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

  3. Roast (20–25 min): Spread in single layer on sheet pan. Roast, stirring halfway, until potatoes are golden and beans are tender.

  4. Serve: Transfer to platter; sprinkle extra rosemary.
